Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 3 tsp Canola oil
- ½ Medium onion, diced
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Large Russet potato, diced
- 2 Medium carrots, diced
- 1 jar Mölli Morelos Cooking Sauce
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft but not browned. Add the meat and black pepper. Stir constantly until meat is fully browned.
- Add the Morelos sauce, bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Add potato and carrot, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 15 minutes or until potato is fully cooked. Season with salt to taste. Serve with a side of rice or corn tortillas. Provecho!
