Cindy's black bean and onion enchilada

Ingredients

  • 4 Low Carb Wheat Tortillas
  • 1 jar Molli Veracruz Cooking Sauce
  • 1 can Black Beans (rinsed)
  • 1/4 Onion, diced
  • Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • Sprouts

Directions

  1. I put a little of the sauce on the inside of the tortilla and added black beans and onion. I then put on some sprouts and rolled it up. I topped it with more sauce and a little bit of the cheese. Baked in the oven for 20 minutes at 375° .
