Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 4 baby cucumbers (for pickling), cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 4 tbsp Mölli Culiacan Chamoy sauce
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Remove peel, including all white pith, from lime with a sharp pairing knife. Cut segments free from membranes and finely chop segments, then combine with remaining cucumber salsa ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve chilled as a side for grilled fish or seafood; or simply as a refreshing salad. Provecho!
