Gloria's oyster and shrimp stew

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh raw oysters, drained
  • 8 raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 jar Mölli Veracruz cooking sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Add oysters and cook for 3 extra minutes.
  2. Pour Veracruz cooking sauce and simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid has reduced to half. Serve in a bowl with cilantro and feta garnish. Provecho!
