Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh raw oysters, drained
- 8 raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 jar Mölli Veracruz cooking sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Add oysters and cook for 3 extra minutes.
- Pour Veracruz cooking sauce and simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid has reduced to half. Serve in a bowl with cilantro and feta garnish. Provecho!
