Ingredients
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 jar Mölli Veracruz Cooking sauce
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine Veracruz cooking sauce and capers in an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Place salmon, skin side down, on mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily. Place one salmon fillet on a plate and divide sauce among all servings. Serve with a side of couscous or white rice. Provecho!
