Skillet Mexican Zucchini recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Mölli Veracruz Cooking Sauce
  • 3 Zucchinis, sliced in ¼ inch half-moons
  • 3 Yellow squash, sliced in ¼ inch half-moons
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat Veracruz Cooking Sauce in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini and squash slices and stir gently. Cover and cook until zucchini and squash are tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, season with salt to taste. Serve as a side for grilled meats.
