Ingredients
- 1 jar Mölli Veracruz Cooking Sauce
- 3 Zucchinis, sliced in ¼ inch half-moons
- 3 Yellow squash, sliced in ¼ inch half-moons
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Heat Veracruz Cooking Sauce in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini and squash slices and stir gently. Cover and cook until zucchini and squash are tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, season with salt to taste. Serve as a side for grilled meats.
