Ingredients
  • 8 beef ribs
  • 1 jar Molli Veracruz cooking sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 4 cups 32 oz beef broth
  • 1 cup dry lentils or 1 can of cooked lentils
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and cover
  2. Cook for 10 hours on low heat.
  3. Remove excess fat with a spoon.
  4. Serve with some crusty bread on the side. Provecho!
