Ingredients
- 8 beef ribs
- 1 jar Molli Veracruz cooking sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 4 cups 32 oz beef broth
- 1 cup dry lentils or 1 can of cooked lentils
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and cover

Cook for 10 hours on low heat.

Remove excess fat with a spoon.
