Ingredients
- 8 oz dried pasta, such as penne
- 1 jar Mölli Veracruz cooking sauce
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
- 10 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta, cook according to package directions and drain.
- Pour Veracruz sauce in a medium skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and stir in the cream cheese, stirring until it has melted. Add the smoked salmon and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
- Add the drained pasta to the sauce, toss to coat and let the pasta soak in the sauce for 1 minute. Stir in the basil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste and serve. Provecho!
