Beef with white wine and guajillo sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Mölli Acapulco Marinade
  • 2 lbs beef fillet
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup white wine
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mix Mölli Acapulco marinade with water in a bowl. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add beef and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned all over. Add Acapulco mixture and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then add wine and simmer for 15 minutes, turning beef at least twice.
  2. Remove beef from sauce and cover in aluminum foil. Season sauce with salt to taste and simmer until it reduces to half, about 5 minutes. Slice the beef in individual portions. Place pieces of beef on each plate, drizzle with sauce and serve immediately with roasted bell peppers on the side. Provecho!
