Juicy mangoes add sweetness while chamoy adds heat and a citrus to this bright mango-chamoy salsa. Flecked with red onions, cucumber and cilantro, it’s fabulous with seafood and pork dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons Mölli Culiacan Chamoy sauce
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/3 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Combine the mango, cucumber, Culiacan Chamoy sauce, red onion, lime juice and cilantro leaves and mix well. Season with salt to taste. Serve mango-chamoy salsa with these pulled pork tacos or these mahi mahi tacos. Provecho!
