Ingredients
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced in half moons
- 1 jar Mölli Morelos Cooking Sauce
- 1 1/2 lbs white fish fillets (cod,halibut or haddock)
- 1 bunch broccolini
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet or ovenproof pan. Layer potatoes, onion in pan; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook over high heat until browned, about 3 minutes. Turn potatoes, lower heat to medium, and cook for 10 more minutes.
- Remove pan from heat. Arrange fish over potatoes; top with Morelos cooking sauce and broccolini.
- Bake in oven until fish flakes easily when pierced with a fork, about 12 minutes. Serve with potatoes and broccolini on the side. Provecho!
