spicy squash gratin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 jar Mölli Morelos Cooking Sauce
  • 3 large summer squash, thinly sliced
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Toss breadcrumbs with Monterrey Jack cheese and 2 Tbsp. oil; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat Mölli Morelos sauce in a medium ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat until it starts to bubble. Add squash and top with breadcrumb mixture. Bake until squash is tender and breadcrumb and cheese crust is golden brown, 20–25 minutes. Provecho!
