Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hulled barley
  • 1 jar Mölli Morelos Cooking Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Pour Morelos sauce and water in a pot. Bring liquid to a boil. Once boiling, add barley and return to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes. Barley will be ready when kernels are chewy yet tender. Serve as a side instead of rice. Provecho!
