Pork Chops in spicy tomato-cherry sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 tbsp. JJ & B Cranberry – Cherry Conserve (subst. with cherry conserve)
  • 1 jar Mölli Veracruz Cooking Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro, snipped (optional)
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Broil or pan-fry pork chops in a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together Veracruz sauce and cranberry conserve in a bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Let cool slightly, and then serve over pork. Garnish with cilantro and serve with a side of roasted squash. Provecho!
