A staple for a hot day at the beach is a michelada.

Ingredients
  • 1 dark Mexican beer Pacifico, Indio or Negra Modelo
  • 2 tbsp Molli Culiacan Chamoy sauce
  • 1 lime juice of
  • chile powder
  • ice to taste
Instructions
  1. Run a lime around the top of a beer pint glass and rim with chile powder.
  2. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, and Culiacan Chamoy sauce until evenly mixed.
  3. Pour into glass over ice and top with beer. Salud!
