In Mexico, these are called Puntas de Filete a la Mexicana. We call it Veracruzana because we use our Veracruz cooking sauce.
Pour oil on a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. When oil is hot but not smoking, add the bacon and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add Molli Chicken Tinga Simmer Sauce to skillet, stir and cook over medium heat for 5 more minutes.
Add the meat to skillet with the sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
This recipe is very versatile, you can substitute filet with almost any other cut.
