Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Stir the mixture again.
Serve on a large serving bowl. Divide sloppy joe mixture between flour tortillas and garnish with tomato, lettuce, sour cream, and Morelia hot sauce. Provecho!
