  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 jar Molli Morelos cooking sauce
  • 1/2 cup True Made Foods ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the tacos:
  • Flour tortillas
  • 1 to mato diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 jar Molli Morelia Taqueria Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir until well-combined, making sure to break up the beef.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Stir the mixture again.

  3. Serve on a large serving bowl. Divide sloppy joe mixture between flour tortillas and garnish with tomato, lettuce, sour cream, and Morelia hot sauce. Provecho!

Recipe Notes

If you don't want to wait for 8 hours, place all ingredients in a dutch oven and cook over medium-low heat for an hour.
