Ingredients
  • 1 jar Molli Acapulco marinade
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Bring Acapulco marinade, vinegar, 1 tsp salt and brown sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly reduced and syrupy, about 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. (The sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.)
