Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Mölli Acapulco Marinade
- 2 lbs beef fillet
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 cup white wine
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Mix Mölli Acapulco marinade with water in a bowl. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add beef and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned all over. Add Acapulco mixture and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then add wine and simmer for 15 minutes, turning beef at least twice.
- Remove beef from sauce and cover in aluminum foil. Season sauce with salt to taste and simmer until it reduces to half, about 5 minutes. Slice the beef in individual portions. Place pieces of beef on each plate, drizzle with sauce and serve immediately with roasted bell peppers on the side. Provecho!
