Ingredients
- 4 Fish fillets (6 oz e/a)
- 1/2 jar Mölli Oaxaca marinade
- 1 orange, sliced in rounds
- 1 lime/lemon, sliced in rounds
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 370F.
- Lay the fish into a non-reactive baking dish. Season with salt. Spread or brush Oaxaca marinade over both sides of the fish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes but up to an hour.
- Arrange sliced oranges over a baking dish coated with cooking spray and top with fish. Place lime/lemon slices on top of fish. Place in oven and cook until fish is opaque in center (no need to turn), 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with citrus slices and roasted veggies on the side. Provecho!
