baked salmon chamoy


  • 12 oz Salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • 8 tbsp Mölli Culiacan Chamoy Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450F. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Place salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet or in a non-stick pan with an oven-proof handle.
  3. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve and drizzle 2 tablespoons of Culiacan Chamoy sauce over each piece of salmon. Provecho!
