Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 pounds Pork loin; boneless and cut into 2″ pieces
- 2 Onions; chopped
- 6 Garlic cloves; minced
- 2 jars Mölli Morelos Cooking Sauce
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup White wine
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 pound Green beans; cut into 2″ pieces
Preparation
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt and pepper. Add pork to dutch oven and brown on all sides, about 6 minutes. Transfer pork to a plate and reserve.
- Add 2 tbsp olive oil to pot. Add onions and saute until soft but not browned, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 3 more minutes. Return pork to pot. Add Morelos sauce, chicken broth, white wine, thyme and oregano. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour and 30 minutes until pork is very tender.
- Add green beans, cover and cook for 8 minutes or until just tender. Season to taste with salt and serve with a side of rice. Provecho!
