Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb beef Sirloin steaks
  • 1 jar Molli Ground Beef for Tacos Simmer Sauce Region of Morelos
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into strips
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Slice beef against the grain as thin as you can, sprinkle with salt and set aside.
  2. In medium sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook for 3 minutes until it start to brown on all sides.
  3. Pour Ground Beef for Tacos Simmer sauce over beef. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Sauce will thicken.

  4. Add bell peppers or your choice of vegetables and cook for 5 more minutes.
  5. Serve beef in shallow bowls with tortillas and avocado on the side. Provecho!
