Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb beef Sirloin steaks
- 1 jar Molli Ground Beef for Tacos Simmer Sauce Region of Morelos
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into strips
- 6 corn tortillas
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Slice beef against the grain as thin as you can, sprinkle with salt and set aside.

In medium sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook for 3 minutes until it start to brown on all sides.

Pour Ground Beef for Tacos Simmer sauce over beef. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Sauce will thicken.

Add bell peppers or your choice of vegetables and cook for 5 more minutes.

Serve beef in shallow bowls with tortillas and avocado on the side. Provecho!
