Ingredients
- 1 jar cooked nopales, drained
- 1 jar Mölli Morelos Cooking Sauce
- 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 4 springs epazote or cilantro
Directions
- Pour Morelos sauce and chicken broth in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and add epazote or cilantro, and nopales. Simmer for 15 minutes, covered. Season to taste.
- Serve nopal soup in bowls with hot tortillas on the side. Garnish with a few cilantro leaves and a spoonful of diced avocado. Provecho!
