Pumpkin avioli with red chile sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 tbsp Mölli Acapulco Marinade
  • 3/4 cup Heavy cream or half & half
  • 1 pack Central Market Pumpkin/ricotta ravioli
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. Add Acapulco marinade, stir and cook for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and set aside.
  3. When ravioli are fully cooked, drain and set aside. To assemble dish; scoop 4 tablespoons of sauce on the bottom of a pasta dish; place two ravioli on top and garnish with parmesan cheese. Drizzle more sauce over raviolis and serve immediately. Provecho!
