Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 tbsp Mölli Acapulco Marinade
- 3/4 cup Heavy cream or half & half
- 1 pack Central Market Pumpkin/ricotta ravioli
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. Add Acapulco marinade, stir and cook for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and set aside.
- When ravioli are fully cooked, drain and set aside. To assemble dish; scoop 4 tablespoons of sauce on the bottom of a pasta dish; place two ravioli on top and garnish with parmesan cheese. Drizzle more sauce over raviolis and serve immediately. Provecho!
