Ingredients

  • 1 jar Mölli Acapulco Marinade
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 tablet Mexican chocolate, grated
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 whole roasted chicken, cut up in pieces
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Place Acapulco marinade, chicken broth, and chocolate in a pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is fully melted, about 5 minutes.
  2. Transfer chicken to plates. Spoon mole sauce over chicken and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with warm corn tortillas and rice on the side. Provecho!
