Spicy beer braised beef recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs Sirloin, cut into strips
  • 1 Jar Molli Veracruz Cooking Sauce
  • ½ Dark beer
  • 1 cup of cooked rice

Preparation

  1. Pour Veracruz sauce in a large skillet or Dutch oven, add the beer and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 4 minutes. Add the beef tips, stirring over medium-high heat until the sauce is slightly thickened and the meat is tender. Serve with a side of rice. Provecho!
