- 16 ounces firm tofu
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1/2 lime, zest of
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Mölli Acapulco Marinade
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Cilantro leaves to garnish
- Cut tofu into 1 inch slices. Combine remaining ingredients, except cilantro, in a small pot and pour over tofu making sure to coat all sides. Marinade in glass or plastic bowl at least one hour or preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350F. Remove tofu from marinade and place over an oiled baking sheet. Pour marinade in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Bake tofu slices for 15 minutes, basting with warm marinade every five minutes. Serve over rice, or mix with noodles and remaining marinade. Garnish with cilantro leaves. Provecho!
