tofu in adobo lime marinade


  • 16 ounces firm tofu
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 1/2 lime, zest of
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp Mölli Acapulco Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Cilantro leaves to garnish


  1. Cut tofu into 1 inch slices. Combine remaining ingredients, except cilantro, in a small pot and pour over tofu making sure to coat all sides. Marinade in glass or plastic bowl at least one hour or preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F. Remove tofu from marinade and place over an oiled baking sheet. Pour marinade in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Bake tofu slices for 15 minutes, basting with warm marinade every five minutes. Serve over rice, or mix with noodles and remaining marinade. Garnish with cilantro leaves. Provecho!
