French tarragon herb, also known as dragon wort, is a very popular culinary herb used as flavoring agent, especially in the Mediterranean cuisines. Tarragon is one of the four fines herbs of French cooking, and is particularly suitable for chicken, fish and egg dishes. Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 4 pieces Bone-less chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp Tarragon
  • 1/2 cup White wine
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt. Add chicken, stock, wine, tarragon and garlic to a pot. Bring to a boil
  2. Once boiling, lower heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Transfer chicken to a plate and keep warm.
  3. Strain the cooking liquid and boil to reduce by 2/3 (about 10 minutes).
  4. Add cream and simmer for 5 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice chicken breasts and pour sauce on top.
