Baked chicken breasts in spicy & creamy sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Mölli Mexico City Cooking Sauce
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1” cubes
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream and the Mexico City sauce. Lightly oil a baking dish, lay the chicken cubes, sprinkle lightly with salt and spoon over the cream-sauce mixture.
  2. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Serve with a side of steamed broccoli and garnish with cilantro. Provecho!
