Mexican Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ¾ lb ground pork
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 4 tbsp Mölli Acapulco Marinade
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 5 bacon slices

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all meatloaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf. Lay bacon slices across the meat loaf.
  2. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes on the side. Provecho!
