Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ¾ lb ground pork
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 4 tbsp Mölli Acapulco Marinade
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 5 bacon slices
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all meatloaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf. Lay bacon slices across the meat loaf.
- Place in oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes on the side. Provecho!
