Ceviche Verde

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Fresh white fish, cut into 1/4” cubes
  • ½ cup Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup Mölli Mexico City Cooking Sauce
  • 1 Red onion, chopped finely
  • 2 Avocados, pitted, peeled, and cut into small dice
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro leaves, minced
  • 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Place the fish in a glass bowl and add the lime juice. Toss until fish is fully covered with the juice. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Add the Mexico City sauce, red onion, cilantro and olive oil. Toss to combine. Season to taste with salt. Serve ceviche in individual bowls, garnish with the avocado and accompanied by tortilla chips. Provecho!
