- 2 Eggs
- 2 Corn tortillas
- 2 tbsp Canola or vegetable oil
- ¼ jar Molli Morelos Cooking Sauce
- Salt to taste
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a small skillet, add the tortilla, fry for 15 seconds on each side, drain and place on top of a paper towel. Meanwhile, heat Morelos Cooking Sauce on a small saucepan or in the microwave.
- Add one egg to the skillet and fry until preferred doneness. Place the tortillas on a plate; put the egg on top of one. Repeat with the other egg. Cover eggs with the sauce. Serve with toast and beans on the side. Provecho!
