Leftover Turkey Tinga Tostadas (Chalupas)

There's no better way to enjoy Thanksgiving leftovers than with these delicious leftover turkey tinga chalupas. Everyone in the family will love them!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups leftover turkey shredded
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 jars Molli Veracruz Cooking Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn tostadas store-bought or homemade
  • Refried beans
  • iceberg lettuce shredded
  • Queso fresco or cotija crumbled
  • Avocado halved and sliced
Instructions
  1. Place shredded turkey in a medium saucepan and combine it with the Molli Veracruz sauce and chicken broth.
  2. Cook, over medium heat, until the turkey is moist but not juicy, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. To assemble the Tostadas: Spread refried beans on a tostada, top with the turkey tinga mixture, shredded lettuce, avocado slices, crumbled cheese and some cream. Provecho!
