Servings: 4 / Ready in: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Mölli Acapulco Marinade
- 2 tbsp Maguey sweet sap or agave nectar
- 1 tbsp Silver tequila
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Salmon fillets, about 5 oz each
Directions
- In a shallow glass dish just large enough to hold the salmon fillets in a single layer, stir together the Acapulco marinade, maguey sap, tequila and salt. Add the salmon to the marinade and turn to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350F. Remove fillets from marinade, reserving the marinade. Place the fillets on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake until fillets are caramelized and salmon is cooked through, about 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, place remaining marinade in a small bowl and bring to a boil. Turn heat off and pour in a small bowl. Serve salmon with remaining marinade on the side. Provecho!
