Ingredients
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 serrano pepper (optional), minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 roma tomato, seeded, and small diced
1 tsp honey
1 jar Mölli Culiacan Chamoy sauce
2 6-oz fillets of fleshy fish (salmon, halibut, cod)
Directions
Heat oven to 375F. Saute the garlic and serrano for 30 seconds until aromatic. Add the tomatoes and cook for 1 more minute. Add the Mölli Culiacan sauce and honey. Allow to thicken slightly, about 2 minutes.
Add the fish fillets, flesh side down, and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until fish is cooked thoroughly. Serve glazed fish over a bed of steamed rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro and provecho!
