Ingredients

  • 3 large Hass avocados (black in color, slightly soft to the press)
  • 1/2 large lime, juice of
  • 1 medium white onion, diced
  • 3/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro, chopped finely
  • 1 large firm tomato, diced
  • ½ cup Mölli Mexico City Cooking Sauce
  • Salt to tasteSpicy guacamole recipe

Directions

  1. Slice avocados in half. Discard the seed. Scoop out of shell with a spoon. Place in bowl. Add lime juice immediately to prevent browning. Use a fork and mash to desired consistency.
  2. Add Mexico City cooking sauce, chopped onions, tomato, and cilantro. Stir gently to mix ingredients. Add salt to taste. Stir just slightly, until incorporated.
  3. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips for a dip, or serve as salsa for tacos. Provecho!
