sweet and spicy cranberry sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lbs fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Mölli Mexico City Cooking Sauce
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring cranberries, brown sugar, Mexico City sauce, cloves, and water to a rapid simmer over medium heat. Cook until berries burst and mixture becomes syrupy, 20 minutes. Stir in lime zest. Season with salt. Serve at room temperature. Provecho!
