Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 jar Molli Morelos cooking sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 jalapenos sliced
Instructions

Cook the ground beef in a large dutch oven over medium heat, until no longer pink, for about 7 minutes. Drain the grease. Return the pot to the stove.

Add the tomato paste, Molli Morelos cooking sauce, and beef stock. Stir to combine.

Add the seasonings. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

To assemble the Frito Pie:

Layer Frito chips with the chili, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, sour cream and fresh sliced jalapenos.
