Tomatillo Guacamole

  • 2 large avocados halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/3 red onion diced
  • 3/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro chopped finely
  • 1 large firm tomato diced
  • ½ cup Molli Mexico City Cooking Sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Combine Molli Mexico City cooking sauce, cilantro, avocados, lime juice, and salt in a food processor or blender and pulse until combined.
  2. Place mixture in a bowl. Add diced tomato and onion; stir gently to mix ingredients.
  3. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips for a dip, or serve as salsa for tacos. Provecho!
