- 2 large avocados halved, pitted, peeled and diced
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/3 red onion diced
- 3/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro chopped finely
- 1 large firm tomato diced
- ½ cup Molli Mexico City Cooking Sauce
- 1 tsp salt
Combine Molli Mexico City cooking sauce, cilantro, avocados, lime juice, and salt in a food processor or blender and pulse until combined.
Place mixture in a bowl. Add diced tomato and onion; stir gently to mix ingredients.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips for a dip, or serve as salsa for tacos. Provecho!
